Install & Loose Form

Installation

Mark out the area where the brickwork and the door frame is going to be install.
Use two lenghts of timber to prop up the door frame to standing position.
To check whether the frame is properly plumbed, use the spirit level.
Begin to lay the bricks into the rebate at the back of the frame.
Place mortar into the grap between the brick and the frame to ensure that the frame when filled with cement will be extremely rigid and strong.
Each metal door frame is supplied with a number of wire ties. Use a wire tire every fourth or fifth course of bricks.

 

 

LOOSE FORM DIY

The metal door / window frame is produced without welded due to transportation, space and cost. Install by hand easily.

ORDERING PROCEDURES

1. Frame sizes (width x height), internal or external dimersion.
2. Single leaf or double leaves door frame with quantity of hinges (metal or stainless steel), frame profile and thickness.
3. Frame material.
4. Lockset holes type (for punch lockset hole purpose)
5. Opening (left or right). For metal door and window frame combination, kindly let us know the way of opening (push-in or pull-out).
